OUTDOOR VINYL LABELS - FOR EXTENDED OUTDOOR LIFE

Your products are manufactured to look good and last long but often it is the label that lets it down, thereby diminishing the overall aesthetic impact of your product.

Our decals or Outdoor Vinyl labels are printed on the latest imported ATMA Screen Printing Machines. The labels are then cured using latest IR/UV combo Driers. Punching is done on Die Cutting Machines and Plotter cutting is done on imported Graphtec Plotters.

Our printing shopfloor is air-conditioned and kept totally dust free to maintain quality and consistency during production. The color matching is done using a Color Matching Booth to achieve color consistency.

We use 3M and Avery - the most trusted and internationally recognized range of Vinyl and Polyester Self Adhesive Films & Sericol Anti-Fading Inks and protective Overcoat Varnishes. Depending on the requirement, we use different materials so that the labels adhere to varied surfaces such as highly textured, high surface energy (smooth metal, glass), low surface energy surfaces (ABS, Cast Metal, PC, PP) and powder coated surfaces.

Our labels therefore provide special properties such as Weather, Heat, Moisture and Oil resistance and are specially designed to with stand adverse outdoor conditions.

They can be printed on opaque or transparent materials and laminated or varnished depending on your requirements. They can be punched to any shape and size and can also be plotter cut to give a no-label look.

In addition, a low-tack protective film is applied on these labels to protect them from accumulating dust and moisture during transit.

POLYCARBONATE LABELS

Polycarbonate labels are first printed on imported ATMA Screen Printing Machines. They are then cured using latest UV/IR combo Driers. Double sided tape is then applied using lamination machines and finally the labels are punched to required shape and size on the Die Cutting machines.

 
All materials used are from Internationally recognized companies – Polycarbonate film from GE, Inks from Sericol and double sided tapes from 3M.

Our printing shopfloor is air-conditioned and kept totally dust free to maintain quality and consistency during production. The color matching is done using a Color Matching Booth to achieve color consistency.

These label scan be Matt or Gloss and can be custom made to any size and design as per your specifications and drawings.

HOLOGRAMS

Metco has a complete hologram manufacturing facility at its factory in Vasai and is a long-time member of HOMAI (The Hologram Manufacturers Association of India). All the processes of manufacture are in-house from electroforming, embossing, adhesive coating and die-cutting.

1. SELF ADHESIVE HOLOGRAMS
(Self adhesive tamper evident Holograms in any size and shape)
Provides ultimate security for your products and packaging till it reaches the end customer. As they are tamper-evident, any attempt to remove the hologram will result in the transfer of holographic image onto the packaging. Therefore, they cannot be re-used. This hologram will bond to all laminated and varnished cartons.

2. HOLOGRAPHIC FOILS

Dome labels are first printed on imported ATMA Screen Printing Machines, cured on UV/IR driers. and then punched to required shape and size. Finally they are covered with a thick yet crystal clear polyurethane using Imported Doming Machinery. This not only protects the labels but gives them a 3-dimensional, glossy look. Dome labels are tough, yet flexible, and are streak-free and bubble-free.
